STAIR TREADS

We will be happy to produce high-quality stairtreads for straight and spiral staircases for you, if necessary also with a safe anti-slip treatment. Our stair steps, resistant to high loads and weather conditions, will find rich use in industry, trade and also in private buildings and projects.

Pressure-locked stair treads (P)

Press stairtreads manufactured according to DIN 24531 are equally often used in industry and trade, where easy maintenance stairs or aesthetic entrance zones are required. Due to their timeless appearance, pressed stair treads are also very often used in private construction projects. The dimensions and size of the grate steps are available in various designs. There is a safety edge in the front (so-called tread) side of the grate. The side plates with prepared holes allow easy attachment to the stair construction.

Construction of pressed stair treads - type P

Made from four main elements:

tread edge – perforated perforated sheet metal welded to the front of the staircase,
non-load-bearing tape – dimensions 8 × 1.5 mm for carrier belt 30 × 2, 40 x 2 mm and 10 x 2 mm for carrier belt 30 × 3, 40 x 3 mm
carrier tape – flat steel with dimensions as with classic SP gratings
side panel – sheet metal 3 mm thick with holes for anchor bolts.

h – height of the grate support strip
l – length of the step
B – width of the step
E – side height (standard 70 mm)
F – distance of holes from the upper edge of the step (standard 55 mm)

The mesh dimensions of the "P" type stair treads are manufactured in the same standard modules and dimensions as the grate meshes according to DIN 24537 "P" (see Pressed steel floor gratings).
